Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
Experience:
• Fresher or 1–4 years’ experience in marketing, sales, digital marketing, or business development
• Experience in field marketing, corporate marketing, or digital campaigns is an advantage
Marketing Skills:
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, promotions, and lead generation
• Understanding of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, online campaigns)
Communication Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present ideas clearly and interact with clients/customers
Computer & Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, and marketing software
Analytical & Creative Skills:
• Ability to analyse market trends and customer data
• Creative thinking for campaign planning and promotional activities
Field Work & Mobility:
• Willingness to do field visits, client meetings, and market surveys (if required)
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred (for field roles)
Work Conditions:
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Flexibility to work extended hours during campaigns/events
Age Limit:
