Hospitality Executive – Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Hotel Management, Tourism, or any stream preferred)
Experience:
• Fresher or 1–3 years’ experience in hospitality, hotels, airlines, airports, customer service, front office, or service industry
• Prior experience in guest handling or service operations is an advantage
Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Polite, confident, and professional behaviour with guests/customers
Language Requirement:
• English & Hindi mandatory
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Customer Service Skills:
• Strong guest-handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complaints and provide quick resolutions
• Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
Personal Grooming & Appearance:
• Well-groomed and presentable personality
• Professional appearance as per hospitality standards
Computer Skills:
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and booking/CRM systems
• Ability to update guest records and reports
Work Conditions:
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Age Limit:
18–35 years (as per company policy)
