Customer Support Executive – Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream preferred)
Experience:
• Fresher or 0–2 years’ experience in Customer Support / Call Centre / BPO
• Experience in voice / non-voice / email / chat support is an advantage
Communication Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
Language Requirement:
• Hindi & English mandatory
• Additional regional language is a plus
Computer Skills:
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, CRM systems
• Comfortable with computers and data entry
Other Requirements:
• Willingness to work in shifts / rotational offs
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Age Limit:
18–35 years (as per company policy)
