Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests/clients professionally.
  • Handle guest queries and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain positive brand image and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate for meetings, events, and client visits.
  • Collect guest feedback and report improvements to management.

🔹 Qualifications

  • Graduate in Hospitality / Travel / Aviation preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality.
  • Freshers with excellent communication may also apply.

  • Pleasing personality with customer-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
