Job Description:

Shafsky Aviation is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic GRO to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to provide information about our aviation services, resolve inquiries, and support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our aviation services.
• Provide detailed information about services and address customer queries.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate and timely information.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
• Handle customer objections effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
